1. After processing, we will not be able to edit orders.
2. If you have received defective goods, please contact us within a week of delivery. Along with a description of the product defect/s, please provide images and/or videos that clearly show said defect/s. If an issue is verified, we are very much willing to exchange your purchase with a satisfactory replacement.
3. We will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your carrier for further assistance.
4. Before placing any order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for packages that are unclaimed and/or shipped to the wrong addresses due to errors upon order placement. If your package is returned due to an incorrect/invalid address, a redelivery may be arranged with corresponding fees to be determined by the carrier.
5. Shipment delays due to customs, import regulations, weather problems, and other force majeure causes such as COVID-19 may occur and are out of our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. In case you’ve received a faulty product, contact us and we’d be happy to help you arrange an exchange.
